The Frascio T700 Series latchset is an innovative small rose trm solution, utilizing a custom door prep which allows the tubular latchsets appearance to match our mortise locks. The T700 Series provides the optimal combination of elegant aesthetics and outstanding commercial-grade performance.
Frascio’s T700 latchsets include designer inspired decorative trim coupled with our small rose platform. The T700 fits a 1-1/4″ bored hole prep and utilizes a commercial grade tubular latch. The T700 series small rose design allows for matching roses between this series and our mortise locks – an innovative, rugged and yet minimal design.
Use of the 1SC Series Commercial Latch meets ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 cycle standards.
All levers comply with ADA requirements (ANSI A117.1)
